Chris Lytle
With over a decade of experience in leadership, Chris has a proven track record of building and managing successful businesses. His journey began in the world of major companies like Coca-Cola and Jack Link’s. In this role, he honed his skills in logistics, quality control, and problem-solving—all of which are essential to a top-tier home watch company.
Chris’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found a successful food brokerage company, and later, to acquire and expand two hospitality businesses in Southwest Florida. Through these ventures, he has built a reputation for his unwavering commitment to clear communication and a client-first approach. Chris’s roots in Southwest Florida run deep—his family has called it home since 1983. He is dedicated to the peace of mind homeowners can expect when they trust their homes to Country Club Home Services
Kristin St. John
Combining a passion for service with extensive management expertise, Kristin brings a unique and highly valuable skill set to Country Club Home Services. Her career includes leadership roles with major professional sports teams like the Cleveland Cavaliers and Tampa Bay Rays, where she managed complex operations and perfected the art of high-end client relations. She also led teams at institutions like Florida SouthWestern State College, sharpening her skills in oversight and organization.
Kristin’s ability to create personal connections and deliver five-star service ensures that every client feels confident and cared for. Her detailed-oriented approach and deep understanding of quality control are the foundation of our reliable and proactive home watch services.
Troy Davis
After more than 30 years as the owner of a landscape and hardscape construction company, Troy brings an unparalleled understanding of property maintenance and structural integrity to our team. His hands-on experience means he is a true expert in identifying potential issues—from drainage problems and landscape needs to a home’s physical condition.
Troy traded in his snow shovels for the Florida sunshine in 2023 to be closer to family. His long career as a business owner has instilled in him a strong sense of responsibility and a deep commitment to excellence. He is dedicated to using his extensive knowledge to protect and maintain your home, just as he has done for his clients for decades.

What We Do
- Walk exterior perimeter to check pool condition, screening, signs of vandalism etc
- Verify that all doors & windows are properly secured
- Visual inspection for signs of insect or rodent activity
- Check that ac is cooling property
- Run faucets, sinks, disposal & flush toilets
- Check for evidence of water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold & mildew
- Check electrical panel for tripped breakers
- Visual inspection throughout property including lanai & garage
- Check main water valve is turned off after each inspection (unless otherwise requested)
- Inspection checklist report completed
- Immediate reporting to client of any abnormalities found
